Is this a good deal on a 2007 Lincoln Navigator lease?
The truck is mint with about 11,800 miles and is leased. The leasee is moving out of the country and needs to have someone assume it. It is the Ultimate upgraded model with just about every option: moonroof, power liftgate and 3rd row seats, navigation, 10 way power seats, wood and satin accents, heated/cooled seats, chrome exhaust, premium appearance package, entertainment package (rear DVD uprgraded CDx6), power deployed running boards, reverse sensing and you name it.
He wants me to assume payment (including tax) of $592.00 for 28 months and asked for 2500 down as he says he put down 10,000. Has free maintenance and roadside for the entire lease...It looks so good...but got worried when I saw the 2500 down. Can a dealer or someone familiar please assist?
Thanks
The lease has a current mileage left that allows me to drive it for 1000 miles a month for the rest of the lease
Sounds like you will be dumping a bunch of money into it, and when it`s all done, you will have to give it back!
How much per mile will you have to pay if you go over the mileage? .25? .30? He already has 11,800. I guess you will have it sitting around for a while. Oh well,it will be fun just to sit in it for a while !
